Requires the Mississippi Department of Wildlife, Fisheries and Parks to develop and implement a mandatory electronic game check program for white-tailed deer to collect harvest data for conservation policy purposes

Program must be simple and accessible to all sportsmen, potentially including mobile apps, web-based reporting, or other electronic methods to promote compliance and accurate reporting

Department must provide an annual report on the game check program to the Senate and House Wildlife, Fisheries and Parks Committees

First-time violations carry assessments of $100 to $500; second or subsequent violations carry assessments of $500 to $1,000, with each deer taken in violation constituting a separate offense

Takes effect July 1, 2026, with collected assessments credited to the Department of Wildlife, Fisheries and Parks
