Department of Human Services receives the largest allocation at $113,856,269 total ($24.8M general funds, $89.1M special funds) for 1,655 authorized positions (1,302 permanent, 353 time-limited).

Department of Environmental Quality allocated $34,572,975 for 390 positions, with 13 new headcounts authorized including 9 environmental engineering positions.

Department of Finance and Administration receives $26,410,851 for 301 positions; Department of Public Safety and Division of Medicaid allocations also included for possible amendment.

Vacancy funding provisions require agencies to use designated funds only for filling vacant positions, not for salary increases for current employees, with State Personnel Board oversight.
