Extends the Workforce Investment Board's exemption from Public Procurement Review Board requirements for rental agreements, leasing real property, and purchasing personal or professional services from December 31, 2026 to December 31, 2028

Changes reporting deadlines from October 1 to November 1 for annual reports on workforce training funds, career and technical education data, and related expenditures

Repeals sections requiring establishment of local workforce investment boards in each of the four workforce areas and One-Stop Career Centers affiliated with community and junior colleges
