Creates the Legislative Public Project Grant Program administered by the Community Services Division of the Mississippi Development Authority

Authorizes each legislator to award $25,000 annually for a public project within their district, with grants from multiple legislators able to be combined

Requires legislators to submit applications to the Community Services Division, which will establish criteria and review applications for compliance

Grant funds are distributed to the county where the project is located, with the board of supervisors distributing funds as directed by the division

Program takes effect July 1, 2026, and automatically repeals July 1, 2029
