Imposes $5,000 per violation or actual damages plus profits for unauthorized publication or distribution of digital voice replicas or digital depictions created using AI or similar technology.

Requires agreements authorizing digital depictions or voice replicas to include legal representation, be in writing, and involve individuals 18 or older (or court-approved for minors).

Provides a 4-year statute of limitations for commercial misuse claims and exempts telecommunications providers and advertising media owners from liability for content created by others.
