Requires the Department of Human Services and Division of Medicaid to verify citizenship or eligible alien status during enrollment and redetermination using the federal SAVE (Systematic Alien Verification for Entitlements) system or acceptable documentation such as birth certificates, passports, or USCIS documents

Mandates reporting of individuals determined to be unlawfully present to law enforcement authorities including the Department of Homeland Security, regardless of whether that person is the applicant or a household member

Limits Medicaid applicants to a single reasonable opportunity period to provide citizenship verification; failure results in denial or termination, with no additional verification periods granted to anyone previously denied for this reason

Requires all Medicaid-accepting hospitals to collect patient immigration status information on admission forms and submit quarterly reports on admissions by citizenship status, with the Division of Medicaid producing annual reports on uncompensated care costs for undocumented individuals
