Creates the Mississippi Business Filing Fraud Prevention Act, establishing a process for individuals to challenge potentially fraudulent business filings with the Secretary of State's Office

Allows complainants to file a notarized declaration of wrongful filing if they believe a document was filed without authorization to fraudulently modify ownership, registered agent, governance information, or to register an entity using someone's identity without consent

Requires the Secretary of State to notify both the complainant and the alleged filer within 30 days of accepting a declaration, with the filer given 30 days to respond before a filing is deemed fraudulent by default

Authorizes the Secretary of State to mark fraudulent filings as unauthorized, redact names and addresses used without consent, dissolve entities registered using a Mississippi resident's identity without authorization, and disable additional filing functionality

Extends the deadline for the Secretary of State to return refused business documents from 10 days to 60 days, effective July 1, 2026
