Mississippi would not be required to comply with or recognize mandates, orders, laws, decrees, or directives from any organization or entity that is not a state or federally elected official, elected body, or U.S. citizen appointed by such officials

International organizations specifically targeted include health and medical organizations, security organizations, military organizations, financial organizations, and monetary organizations or commissions

Any directives from such entities would only be binding on Mississippi if separately voted on and passed as legislation by the Mississippi Legislature

Effective date is July 1, 2026
