Prohibits Mississippi local school boards from accepting a school employee's resignation when the board has determined the employee engaged in sexual relations with a student; termination is required instead

Mandates school boards report employees terminated for sexual involvement with students to both the Commission on Teacher and Administrator Education, Certification and Licensure and Development and appropriate law enforcement authorities

Subjects school boards and superintendents who fail to make required reports to penalties under Section 37-11-35

Amends Sections 37-9-111 and 37-3-2 of the Mississippi Code of 1972

Applies to hearings where the school board's decision is unfavorable to an employee accused of sexual relations with a student
