Increases autopsy fees paid to pathologists from $1,000 to $1,200 per completed autopsy, with counties billed for medical examiner services

Raises Department of Public Safety fees for salvage vehicle inspections from $75 to $125 and VIN verification fees from $25 to $50, with funds deposited into the Salvage Certificate of Title Fund

Removes the July 1, 2028 repeal date for Section 19-5-357, which authorizes a fee on subscriber service lines to fund the Board of Emergency Telecommunications Standards and Training

Reduces the number of named offices within the Department of Public Safety organizational structure from eleven to eight by consolidating investigative and forensic functions
