Mississippi Secretary of State will be authorized to send dissolution and revocation notices to corporations and LLCs exclusively by electronic mail to the registered agent's email address, eliminating the previous option of first-class mail

Applies to four types of notices: administrative dissolution of domestic corporations, revocation of certificate of authority for foreign corporations, administrative dissolution of domestic LLCs, and administrative revocation of registration for foreign LLCs

Corporations and LLCs have 60 days after receiving notice to correct grounds for dissolution/revocation or demonstrate the grounds do not exist

Administratively dissolved or revoked entities cannot maintain legal actions in Mississippi courts until reinstated, though dissolution/revocation does not impair existing contracts, liens, or the entity's ability to defend lawsuits
