Brings forward Mississippi Code Section 41-29-701 regulating pen registers, trap and trace devices, and caller ID surveillance tools used in law enforcement investigations

Authorizes Bureau of Narcotics attorneys to apply to circuit court for installation of these surveillance devices when investigating felony violations of the Uniform Controlled Substances Law

Requires written application under oath demonstrating probable cause, including subscriber name, telephone numbers, and instrument locations

Limits surveillance orders to 30 days, with extensions available in 30-day increments upon application to the court

Mandates annual reporting to the Mississippi Administrative Office of Courts on the number of applications sought and orders granted, with effective date of July 1, 2026
