Authorizes designation and erection of Gospel Music Trail historical markers at specific sites, with the Mississippi Department of Transportation responsible for installing and maintaining approved markers

Requires coordination with historic preservation programs to identify gospel music properties potentially eligible for the National Register of Historic Places

Division must submit a comprehensive marketing plan and report, including any proposed legislation, to the Governor and Legislature before the 2027 Regular Session
