Requires out-of-state pharmacies dispensing medications to Mississippi residents to obtain a nonresident permit from the Mississippi Board of Pharmacy and maintain valid licensure in their home state

Mandates nonresident pharmacies provide toll-free telephone access to pharmacists at least 40 hours per week, six days per week, with the number displayed on medication labels

Requires the pharmacist-in-charge of a nonresident pharmacy to hold both a Mississippi pharmacist license and a license in the pharmacy's home state, with good standing in both

Authorizes the Board to deny, revoke, or suspend permits for noncompliance, controlled substances violations, or conduct causing serious bodily or psychological injury to Mississippi residents
