Removes the requirement that state court judge salaries (Supreme Court, Court of Appeals, chancery, and circuit judges) be adjusted every four years based on State Personnel Board compensation recommendations

Removes the requirement that county court judge salary supplements from the Judicial System Operation Fund be adjusted every four years according to State Personnel Board recommendations

Maintains current fixed salaries for state judges, including Chief Justice of Supreme Court at $181,491, Associate Justices at $173,800, Court of Appeals Chief Judge at $169,349, and chancery/circuit judges at $158,000

Sets full-time district attorney salaries at 95% of circuit and chancery judge salaries effective January 1, 2026

Takes effect July 1, 2026
