Brings forward 33 existing sections of the Mississippi Medical Cannabis Act (Sections 41-137-3 through 41-137-67) for purposes of possible amendment during the 2026 legislative session.

Continues the regulatory framework where the Mississippi Department of Health (MDOH) oversees patient registry cards, practitioner registration, cultivation facilities, processing facilities, testing facilities, and the seed-to-sale tracking system.

Maintains the Mississippi Department of Revenue (MDOR) as responsible for licensing, inspection, and oversight of medical cannabis dispensaries.

Preserves qualifying conditions including cancer, Parkinson's disease, PTSD, chronic pain, seizures, and other debilitating medical conditions as defined in existing law.

Retains the Mississippi Medical Cannabis Equivalency Unit (MMCEU) system where one unit equals 3.5 grams of flower or 1 gram of THC in concentrates/infused products.
