Extends the repealer date for Festival Wine Permits from July 1, 2026 to July 1, 2029, allowing the Department of Revenue to continue issuing these permits to wine manufacturers, native wine producers, native spirit producers, craft spirit producers, and distilled spirit manufacturers

Extends the expiration date for the exception allowing Festival Wine Permit holders to sell alcoholic beverages without going through the Department of Revenue as wholesale distributor

Extends the expiration date on authority permitting distillers, wine manufacturers, rectifiers, blenders, or bottlers to hold a financial interest in a Festival Wine Permit

Extends the repealer date on the annual privilege license tax applicable to Festival Permits

Festival Permits authorize holders to transport their manufactured products to festivals (events with 3+ vendors) within Mississippi, sell sealed unopened bottles, and provide free samples to participants for up to 3 consecutive days
