Extends the repeal date of Mississippi Code Section 29-1-75 from July 1, 2026 to July 1, 2029

Maintains existing prohibition preventing corporations and nonresident aliens from directly or indirectly purchasing Mississippi public lands

Preserves exception allowing banking corporations to purchase tax-forfeited lands they own or hold mortgages on, regardless of acreage

Continues allowing nonresident aliens to acquire up to 320 acres for industrial development and up to 5 acres for residential purposes

Effective date of July 1, 2026
