Extends the repeal date for Mississippi's fully autonomous vehicle law enforcement interaction plan requirement from July 1, 2026 to July 1, 2029

Maintains the existing requirement that operators of fully autonomous vehicles without human drivers must submit a law enforcement interaction plan to the Department of Public Safety before operating on public roads

The required plan must include information on contacting fleet support specialists, safely removing and towing the vehicle, recognizing autonomous mode, and any hazardous conditions or public safety risks

Department of Public Safety retains authority to issue cease-and-desist letters prohibiting operation if a person fails to submit the required plan

Effective date of July 1, 2026
