Expands Medicaid eligibility to individuals aged 55 and older who require nursing facility level of care, reside in a PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) organization service area, and meet additional program-specific conditions set by the Division of Medicaid

Adds PACE services as a new covered benefit under Mississippi Medicaid, allowing the Division of Medicaid to determine specific services provided through the program

PACE is a comprehensive care model that provides coordinated medical and social services to elderly individuals who would otherwise qualify for nursing home care, enabling them to remain in the community

Amends Mississippi Code Sections 43-13-115 and 43-13-117 to incorporate the new PACE eligibility category and service coverage

Takes effect July 1, 2026
