Tax credit equals the full salary and benefits paid to loaned employees while teaching in high-demand Career and Technical Education (CTE) or workforce training programs, with unused credits carrying forward for five consecutive years

Caps the total annual tax credits available under the program at $1,000,000 across all participating employers statewide

Requires employers to maintain full salary and benefits for loaned employees, enter written agreements with community colleges, and assigns administration to the Mississippi Community College Board in consultation with the Department of Revenue

Takes effect January 1, 2026, with annual reporting requirements on program participation, instructional impact, and workforce outcomes submitted to the Legislature
