Establishes a behavioral threat assessment and violence-prevention pilot program at state-supported community colleges to identify potential threats using evidence-based standardized methods

Funds may be used for threat screening and assessment platforms, personnel training, integration with existing campus safety systems, and technical support

Requires the Community College Board to submit a report by December 1, 2027 to legislative committees summarizing program utilization, participating colleges, impacts on campus safety, and recommendations for continuation or expansion
