Authorizes Mississippi to issue up to $50,000 in state general obligation bonds to help the City of Itta Bena install security cameras and signage throughout the city

Creates the "2026 City of Itta Bena Security Cameras and Signage Fund" as a special fund within the State Treasury to receive and disburse bond proceeds

Bonds may have a maximum maturity of 25 years and are backed by the full faith and credit of the State of Mississippi

Bond income and the bonds themselves are exempt from all Mississippi state taxation

No bonds may be issued under this act after July 1, 2030, with the act taking effect July 1, 2026
