Authorizes up to $1,000,000 in state general obligation bonds to fund acquisition, removal, and demolition of dilapidated and blighted properties in House District 68 (Hinds County/City of Jackson)

Creates the "2026 Hinds County Dilapidated and Blighted Properties Improvements Fund" as a special fund within the State Treasury to hold bond proceeds

Bonds may have a maximum maturity of 25 years and are backed by the full faith and credit of the State of Mississippi

Bond income is exempt from all Mississippi state taxation and qualifies as legal investments for trustees, fiduciaries, savings banks, trust companies, and insurance companies

No bonds may be issued under this act after July 1, 2030, with an effective date of July 1, 2026
