Appropriates $9,821,328 from the Mississippi Main Street Revitalization Grant Program Fund to the Mississippi Development Authority for grants to designated Main Street communities through June 30, 2027

Distributes funds to 26 communities across Mississippi for downtown revitalization projects, building restorations, streetscape improvements, wayfinding signage, and public space enhancements

Maximum individual grant amounts reach $500,000, awarded to 10 communities including Amory, Biloxi, Greenville, Hattiesburg, Laurel, Moss Point, Pascagoula, Ripley, Starkville, and the Greenwood-Leflore EDF

Smaller grants range from $120,000 (Cleveland Town Green) to $410,000 (Saltillo, Woodville) for projects including historic building renovations, welcome centers, and walking tour infrastructure

Funds are paid through the State Treasurer upon warrants issued by the State Fiscal Officer following proper requisition procedures
