Appropriates $950,000 from the State General Fund to the City of Vicksburg for Year 1 of the Vicksburg Blight Elimination Three-Year Action Plan for fiscal year 2027

Allocates funds across five categories: $150,000 for establishing a Vicksburg Land Bank Authority, $150,000 to demolish 15 unsafe structures near schools and major corridors, and $100,000 for a Green Lot Program

Provides $300,000 for home repair grants to 30 low-income/elderly homeowners ($10,000 each) and $250,000 for emergency stabilization of 5 historic buildings to prevent collapse

Expresses legislative intent to appropriate $2,000,000 for Year 2 (fiscal year 2028) and $1,150,000 for Year 3 (fiscal year 2029)

Takes effect July 1, 2026
