Appropriates $13,329,665 from the State General Fund and $30,809,435 from special funds to the Department of Archives and History for fiscal year 2027 (July 1, 2026 - June 30, 2027).

Authorizes 161 permanent positions and 10 time-limited positions with $13,008,065 allocated for personal services, including $1,149,418 for vacancy funding and six new maintenance/grounds and client support positions.

Provides $9,000,000 from the Capital Expense Fund for construction of a new museum at Grand Village and $9,500,000 for grants to historic county courthouses, school buildings, and other historic structures.

Allocates $2,000,000 from the Mississippi Landmark Grant Fund for preservation of Mississippi Landmark Properties and $100,000 for capital development at Beauvoir Shrine, Jefferson Davis's last home.

Reappropriates $17,338,140 in Capital Expense Funds for repair, renovation, and construction projects, including $3,597,436 for the Vicksburg Military Park Interpretive Center.
