Reappropriates $1,012,347 from the Capital Expense Fund for orphan well plugging, continuing authorization from House Bill 9 of the 2025 First Extraordinary Session

Authorizes the Board to receive and expend up to $200,000 from any source for the Comprehensive Data Management Program

Requires the agency to maintain complete accounting and personnel records and prohibits exceeding appropriated funds or using general funds to replace withdrawn federal or special funds
