Appropriates $1,950,524 from the Real Estate License Fund (special funds, not general funds) to the Mississippi Real Estate Commission for fiscal year 2027 (July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027)

Allocates $1,229,744 for Personal Services including employee salaries, wages, and fringe benefits, with an authorized permanent headcount of 16 positions

Requires the Commission to maintain complete accounting and personnel records and prohibits personnel actions that would exceed the appropriated amounts or increase funding needs for fiscal year 2028

Mandates purchasing preference for Mississippi Industries for the Blind when bids are equal in price, quality, and service

Effective date is July 1, 2026
