Appropriates $33,776,232 from the State General Fund and $226,788,917 from special funds to the Mississippi Department of Rehabilitation Services for fiscal year 2027 (July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027).

Authorizes 817 permanent and 194 time-limited employee positions with total personal services funding of $61,824,873, including $58,733,629 for salaries, wages, and fringe benefits.

Allocates $3,681,802 from the Health Care Expendable Fund, with $2,826,899 to match federal funds and $854,903 for the Independent Living Program including the State Attendant Care Program.

Provides $4,856,932 for increases in hourly wages for Personal Care Assistants and maintains funding for up to 4,100 slots in Home and Community Based Waiver programs for Independent Living and Spinal Cord/Traumatic Brain Injury services.

Sets performance targets including 65,000 disability determination dispositions, 15,100 vocational rehabilitation clients served, 2,565 clients rehabilitated, and 2,100 blind and visually impaired persons served.
