Authorizes 300 total employee positions (91 permanent, 209 time-limited) with $31,891,779 allocated for personal services including salaries, wages, and fringe benefits.

Designates $3,050,000 for distribution to Children's Advocacy Centers of Mississippi for forensic interviews, with up to $50,000 retained for administration.

Allocates $5,690,346 from General Fund court assessments across multiple programs including Crime Victims Compensation ($1,901,332), Cyber Crime Unit ($944,722), and State Prosecutor Education ($662,582).

Requires the office to assess feasibility and costs of registering Foreign Third Party Litigation Funding from countries adversarial to the United States as a condition of receiving appropriated funds.
