Appropriates $36,415,785 from the State General Fund for fiscal year 2027 (July 1, 2026 - June 30, 2027) to pay salaries and travel expenses for district attorneys, assistant district attorneys, and criminal investigators, plus office expenses and tort claims assessments.

Appropriates an additional $491,802 from the State Prosecutor Compensation Fund specifically for assistant district attorney salaries.

Allocates $1,682,000 of the total appropriation for district attorney office expenses as authorized by state law.

Designates $371,679 for two full-time assistant district attorneys and one full-time criminal investigator pursuant to House Bill 1020 from the 2023 session.

Prohibits reimbursement for taxable meals incurred within a district attorney's geographical district and requires detailed accounting records in the same format as fiscal year 2026.
