Appropriates $2,162,873 for Senate member salaries, mileage, insurance, matching funds, and daily expense allowances, plus $7,153,947 for the Senate Contingent Fund

Allocates $5,803,724 for the Joint Legislative Budget Committee, $2,998,500 for the Joint Legislative Committee on Performance Evaluation and Expenditure Review, and $1,371,962 for joint legislative operations

Provides $504,726 for the state's share of various assessments including $391,129 for Interstate Cooperation, $46,120 for Uniform State Laws commissioners, and $38,400 for The Energy Council

Requires prior approval from House Management Committee or Senate Rules Committee for any out-of-state travel reimbursements for legislators or staff
