Appropriates $120.5 million total for Mississippi's judicial system for fiscal year 2027 (July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027), including $6.77 million for the Supreme Court, $7.7 million for the Court of Appeals, $64.4 million for trial judges, and $39.6 million for the Administrative Office of Courts

Authorizes 333 permanent positions across all judicial entities: 60 for Supreme Court, 122 for trial judges, 91 for Administrative Office of Courts, 54 for Court of Appeals, 3 for Continuing Legal Education, and 3 for Board of Bar Admissions

Allocates $15.47 million for trial judge support staff, capped at $130,000 per judge per year, plus $6 million for adult felony Drug Courts, $2.25 million for Youth Drug Courts and Family Courts, and $750,000 for three Mental Health Treatment Court pilots

Provides $8.75 million from the Capital Expense Fund to replace the Youth Courts system of record, $2.5 million for the Youth Court Support Fund, and $2 million for Youth Court intake officers

Prohibits using appropriated funds to pay attorney fees or employ relatives within the third degree of any hiring official, with violators required to repay triple the amount to the State Treasury
