Reappropriates $634,878,431 total across 22 fund accounts to the Department of Finance and Administration, Bureau of Building, Grounds and Real Property Management for FY 2027 (July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027).

Authorizes continued expenditure of previously appropriated Special Funds and Capital Expense Funds for construction, repair, and renovation projects at state agencies, universities, and community colleges, with some authorizations dating back to 2013.

Includes $204,331,969 for repair, renovation, and improvements of state-owned properties, universities, and community colleges from Fund No. 6611330000 (the largest single allocation).

Contains $77,504,804 in ARPA Coronavirus State Fiscal Recovery Funds for construction and repair projects and COVID-19-related eligible expenses at the Department of Public Safety and Mississippi Emergency Management Agency.

Expenditures under each section are capped at the unexpended balance remaining as of June 30, 2026, and funds must be used only for their originally authorized purposes.
