Provides $4,796,572 to the Administrative Office of Courts, including $652,863 for trial judge appointments, $143,709 for terminal leave payments, and $4,000,000 for court reporters and trial judge support staff

Appropriates $6,000,000 to the Department of Human Services for income verification software, effective through June 30, 2027
