Authorizes issuance of up to $1,000,000 in Mississippi state general obligation bonds to fund construction, repairs, upgrades, and improvements to an approximately 4-mile segment of Old Dancey Road in Webster County

Creates the "2026 Webster County Old Dancey Road Fund" as a special fund within the State Treasury to receive and disburse bond proceeds

Bonds may mature up to 25 years from date of issue and are backed by the full faith and credit of the State of Mississippi

Bond income is exempt from all Mississippi state taxation and qualifies as legal investments for trustees, fiduciaries, and financial institutions

No bonds may be issued under this act after July 1, 2030, with the act taking effect July 1, 2026
