Authorizes Mississippi to issue up to $50,000 in state general obligation bonds to assist Calhoun County with repairing and paving County Roads 308 and 409

Creates the "2026 Calhoun County - County Roads 308 and 409 Fund" as a special fund within the State Treasury to hold bond proceeds and investment earnings

Bonds may mature up to 25 years from date of issue, with interest payable semiannually or annually, and are exempt from all Mississippi state taxation

State Bond Commission will oversee bond issuance, sale method, and disbursement of funds to the Department of Finance and Administration for project costs

No bonds may be issued after July 1, 2030; effective date is July 1, 2026
