Requires all state agencies, departments, institutions, and political subdivisions providing children's programs or services to create annual itemized lists including program descriptions, funding sources, costs, number of children served, and performance measures

Mandates resource mapping of all federal and state funds received for children's programs, categorized by program type, target population, and geographical region

Lists must be submitted to the John C. Stennis Institute of Government at Mississippi State University by September 1 of each year

Stennis Institute must compile all submitted information into a single document organized by both programs/services and by providing entities, then deliver to legislative leadership by December 1 annually

Effective date of July 1, 2026
