Creates a state court cause of action for employees who experience unwanted sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, or other physical conduct of a sexual nature prohibited by federal law

Entitles victims of workplace sexual harassment to all civil remedies including monetary damages

Prohibits employers from requiring employees to waive their right to bring sexual harassment claims through contracts or employment agreements

Effective July 1, 2026
