Authorizes issuance of up to $743,407 in state general obligation bonds to assist Prentiss County, Mississippi with repair, renovation, restoration, upgrades, and improvements to the Prentiss County Courthouse

Creates the "2026 Prentiss County Courthouse Improvements Fund" as a special fund within the State Treasury to receive and disburse bond proceeds

Bonds may mature up to 25 years from date of issue, with interest payable semiannually or annually, and are exempt from all Mississippi state taxation

State Bond Commission serves as issuing agent with authority to determine bond terms, sale method, and pricing

No bonds may be issued under this act after July 1, 2030, and the act takes effect July 1, 2026
