Authorizes issuance of up to $200,000 in state general obligation bonds to provide funds to Winston County for fire department improvements

Funds must be distributed equally among four fire departments: Betheden Volunteer Fire Department, East Winston Volunteer Fire Department, Highpoint Volunteer Fire Department, and Louisville Fire Department

Bond proceeds may be used for purchasing equipment and making improvements to fire department facilities

Creates the "2026 Winston County Fire Departments Fund" as a special fund within the State Treasury to hold and disburse the bond proceeds

Bonds must be issued before July 1, 2030, with a maximum maturity of 25 years, and are exempt from all Mississippi state taxation
