Creates the Mississippi Workforce Dual Enrollment for Career and Technical Education Grant Program as a pilot through the Office of Workforce Development

Distributes funds to four workforce investment areas: Delta, Twin Districts, Mississippi Partnership, and Southcentral Mississippi for dual enrollment courses at community colleges in priority sector strategies

Provides grants of $150 per credit hour per student to community colleges for career and technical education dual enrollment students

Requires annual reporting by October 1 to the Governor, legislative leadership, and education/workforce committee chairs on student enrollment numbers, program utilization, and student interest in continued training

Caps administrative costs at 1% for the Office of Workforce Development and 2% for planning and development districts

Takes effect July 1, 2026
