Increases the maximum weekly unemployment benefit amount from $235 to $275, effective for benefit years beginning on or after July 1, 2026

Weekly benefit amount calculated as 1/26 of the highest quarter wages in the base period, with 60% of the state's average weekly wage serving as the cap (subject to the new $275 maximum)

Minimum weekly benefit amount remains at $30; individuals whose calculated benefit falls below this threshold receive no benefits

Maximum total regular benefits per benefit year equals 26 times the weekly benefit amount or 1/3 of total base period wages, whichever is less
