Adds a $1.00 assessment to the Civil Legal Assistance Fund for traffic violations, Implied Consent Law violations, other misdemeanors, and other felonies in Mississippi.

Increases total state assessments: traffic violations from $90.50 to $91.50, Implied Consent violations from $243.50 to $244.50, other misdemeanors from $121.75 to $122.75, and other felonies from $280.50 to $281.50.

Amends Section 99-19-73 of the Mississippi Code of 1972, which governs state assessments collected from criminal offense fines and penalties.

Exempts parking and vehicle registration offenses from the assessment.

Takes effect July 1, 2026.
