Extends the repeal date for Southaven, Mississippi's restaurant tax authority from July 1, 2026, to July 1, 2030

Authorizes the city to impose up to 1% tax on gross sales of beverages and prepared food at restaurants with capacity for 25 or more persons

Tax proceeds must be dedicated solely to promoting tourism, parks, and recreation, and cannot be used as general fund revenue

Department of Revenue collects the tax and retains 3% for administrative costs before remitting proceeds to the city

Restaurants in schools, hospitals, nursing homes, and medical clinics are exempt from the tax
