Extends the repeal date for Clinton, Mississippi's restaurant tax authorization from July 1, 2026, to July 1, 2030

Maintains the existing 2% tax on gross sales of restaurants within Clinton city limits

Revenue from the tax is designated for promoting tourism and funding parks and recreation within the city

Tax applies to establishments selling prepared food and beverages for consumption on or off premises, excluding schools, hospitals, and nursing homes

Tax collection and administration continues through the Mississippi Department of Revenue using the same procedures as state sales taxes
