Appropriates $5,800,000 from the State General Fund to the Board of Trustees of State Institutions of Higher Learning for repairs and renovations to the Rose McCoy Auditorium at Jackson State University

Funds are designated for fiscal year 2027, covering July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027

Payment will be issued by the State Treasurer through warrants from the State Fiscal Officer upon proper requisition

Effective date is July 1, 2026
