Authorizes Mississippi to issue up to $250,000 in state general obligation bonds to assist Access Training, Inc. with repair, renovation, upgrades, and improvements to its worksite training facility

Creates the "2026 Access Training, Inc., Training Facility Fund" as a special fund within the State Treasury to hold and disburse bond proceeds

Bonds may mature up to 25 years from date of issue, with interest payable semiannually or annually, and are exempt from all Mississippi state taxation

Bond proceeds remaining after project completion, abandonment, or inability to complete in a timely manner must be applied to debt service on the issued bonds

No bonds may be issued under this act after July 1, 2030, with the act taking effect July 1, 2026
