Appropriates $1,000,000 from the State General Fund to the Western Line School District Board of Trustees for fiscal year 2027 (July 1, 2026 - June 30, 2027)

Funds establishment of the Star Academy program, an acceleration program for selected 7th and 8th grade students

Star Academy combines rigorous standards-aligned coursework with hands-on project-based learning and workforce readiness experiences

Payment will be issued by the State Treasurer upon warrants from the State Fiscal Officer based on requisitions signed by proper authorities
